The overachievers (as we like to call them) of TLC's The Little Couple were awarded the Gracie Award for Most Outstanding Reality Show this week at the 36th Annual awards gala in Los Angeles.
Jen and her husband, Bill Klein, accepted the award in L.A. from the Alliance for Women in Media (AWM), which recognizes "the best in programming created for women, by women, and about women."
"I was pretty excited about it. I had a good old time. I was one of the five guys in the audience for much of the program," Bill jokes. "It's exciting for everyone to have our show win this honor for showing an exemplary performance from production straight through to my wife's performance for, as I said at the awards, being ourselves. It's not everyday that you get that kind of honor - an award for being yourself. For Jennifer, I can understand it. It makes sense. It was cool. It was an honor and a privilege just to be a part of it."
Hosted by "The Middle's" Patricia Heaton, the awards will air August 8 on the Hallmark Movie Channel.
Season 4 of "The Little Couple" premieres Tuesday, May 31 at 10 p.m. ET.
